Site Development
Grading, layout, and utilities that turn raw dirt into a buildable pad — designed against the survey rather than around it.
When you need itAny commercial build, storage facility, or subdivision starting from bare ground.

Most civil engineering starts with somebody else's boundary work and a hope that it's right. Ours starts with field data collected down the hall, which means the grading plan and the plat agree with each other before either one leaves the building.
What we do
Grading, layout, and utilities that turn raw dirt into a buildable pad — designed against the survey rather than around it.
When you need itAny commercial build, storage facility, or subdivision starting from bare ground.
Detention, culverts, and drainage studies built to survive the reviewer, not just the rainfall.
When you need itWhen the city won't approve a plat until somebody proves where the water goes.
County roads, subdivision streets, and access drives, from centerline geometry through drainage and paving sections.
When you need itNew streets in a development, or a county road that needs rebuilding.
Distribution mains, collection systems, and lift stations sized to the demand you'll actually have.
When you need itExtending service to a new development or fixing a system that's outgrown itself.
What a site will cost to develop, found out before you own the problem instead of after.
When you need itBefore you close on a tract, or before the board votes on it.
Somebody watching the build who read the plans first — and who can answer a contractor's question without a three-day delay.
When you need itOnce construction starts and the questions begin.
Public space design for cities and civic projects, from layout through construction documents.
When you need itMunicipal park improvements, trail connections, and grant-funded civic work.
Document scanning, exhibits, and the one-off technical work that doesn't fit a category.
When you need itWhen you need something drawn, sealed, or digitized and nobody else will touch it.

The advantage
When the surveyor and the engineer are two different companies, you carry the drawings between them — and you eat the change order when the grading plan gets drawn off the wrong line. Here the boundary work and the design work happen in the same building, off the same field data, checked by people who talk before there's a problem.

Where we work
Plus surrounding counties. Not sure if you're in range? Call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Give the project a name and we'll pick it up from there. Or just call the office.
